Lately...

This is how we have all felt lately. We have been SO busy with everything going on....

Okay so let me explain the bathroom issue first... so... like everything we have found out about this house, they people who had it before were not smart when it comes to common sense. When we put the addition on and tore the wall off, we found a surprise... a rotted wall where the shower is in the bathroom. The people didn't seal the grout and therefore all the water from the shower has been leaking through the wall. So... we needed to tear the whole wall out, re-frame it, re-sheet rock it and everything. So here are pictures of the tear out process (some nasty stuff we found) and re-tiling the shower (which is ALOT harder than it looks!) But Deric and Jason are working really hard to get me a shower by the end of the weekend since we only have one bathroom currently :)

Addition update

This is where the outside window was... Deric is slicing through my wall to create a door frame for the door to go into the addition. I must be honest, it was a bit nerve wracking seeing him saw through my wall. But... now we have a wonderful door heading out to the addition! :)

We love our cousin!

My neice, Lepeka, comes over and plays with the boys on a regular basis... and my boys ADORE her! She is so good with helping me with them too and I'll be honest, I don't know what I would have done this summer without her!

Best buds

Kyler and Bryson are really starting to become buds. I LOVE IT! I love listening to their "conversations" that they have together and how they make each other smile and laugh. Kyler loves reading to Bryson and I think it's super cute! :)
