Just thought I would let you all know, we finally moved into out house last Sunday! We love having our own place and it's been a lot of fun. We haven't been able to organize a whole lot quite yet (busy week) but that's okay. :) We're here! WE LOVE HAVING OUR OWN HOUSE!!!
Updated pictures to be posted when house is clean. :) We completely changed the whole look of the house.

We have a problem....
So, I went to my first doctor's appointment today and I TOTALLY forgot that the first appointment is definitely the most awkward. For those of you who have been pregnant, you understand. For those of you who haven't, I'll say one thing:full body examination. The areas of your body you once held sacred (or secret) no longer feel that way. You know it's necessary, yet it doesn't make the experience any less uncomfortable and awkward. You continue to walk around the rest of the day, crossing your legs every second you get and folding your arms to cover your chest. Well at least this is how I was today-hopefully, for the sake of the rest of the women in the world-I hope I'm the only one that is psycho about the first appointment. And to make matters worse.... we have a problem... I'm still pregnant! haha so it's not really a problem, but my doctor did inform me that usually symptoms get worse with each additional child and that I can inform Deric that really, this stuff is NOT just in my head! The upset stomach, the tiredness and yes, even the grouchy-ness, all comes from this little bundle of joy growing deep inside of me! Dear-you can thank it for these miserable 9 months when it's born! As to my unborn child-I love you, all this IS worth it! I'll make the sacrifice for you and really, your dad DOES love you! :)
Doctor's appointment #1
Today is doctor's appointment #1-wish me luck! I've been feeling WAY sick to my stomach and that is no fun!

NEED
So... we need a working washer and dryer for our house... anyone have any they are selling for cheap, let me know! doesn't have to be fancy, just working! :)
Babies coming from EVERYWHERE!
We were able to spend New Year's with my family in Holden. Which was awesome considering I had REALLY missed them over Christmas. I don't know why exactly but I missed them more than I ever had this year. We went down Thursday after Deric got off work and were easily in bed by 10-yes we're party poopers. But I LOVE sleeping! haha then Friday we hung out, visited with family, went out to a Chinese buffet (which was GREAT) and played games. Which by the way, Kadence is SO funny at playing games!! We went home Saturday, so it was a short trip, but we were able to shop for house stuff on our way back. We also got the gifts that my parents gave us for Christmas. We got a BIG griddle which I'm SO excited about and a fireproof/waterproof safe as well as a few other things. Kyler got a cute outfit and some books and the best toy ever! I think Deric and I have more fun playing with it than Kyler does! It was so great to see my family! Oh I love them! :) Over this break, we found out that practically everyone that is in the "child bearing" stages of life on both sides of the family are expecting. Which is great! 2010 will be bringing lots of babies to our families! -NOT an announcement from us by any means though!! Hopefully someday, but not soon!
Kids say the Darnest things!
So I'm totally stealing this story from my friend Emily, cause her son is just so darn cute! Kyler doesn't say funny things yet, so I have to take it from other people's kids! :) So we're getting ready to leave work and James comes in (I think he is in first grade) and he has this annoying noise maker he got from his class. The story goes something as follows:
Emily: "James please stop blowing that" (as she whispers to me that it will end up in the trash by the end of the night) "Did you get that from your teacher?"
James: "My teacher says it's not her problem"
So in other words, the teacher gave the kids these annoying noise makers knowing that the parents would have to deal with them shortly. hahaha she is a great teacher though! Man I love my job!!!
Story Number 2
This story I have told some of you before, but for those who haven't heard, here it goes:
1st grader Raymond kept calling me "Love" everytime I went to his class. For ex: "Hello love", "good morning love" and "goodbye love" at the end of the day. one day, the conversation turned a little different.
Raymond: "Mrs. Winterton, you're so BEAUTIFUL"
me: "Why thank you Raymond"
Raymond: "Will you marry me?"
me: "Now Raymond, you know I can't do that. I already have a husband and a little baby, you know that."
Raymond : "I think you should leave your husband for me. I'm a great babysitter too."
Me: "i'm too old for you"
Raymond: "I heard older women are the way to go. Come on, please! I have some money saved up, we could make it!"
haha this is no lie! It was so funny. I'm sure it probably wasn't EXACTLY like that but you get the gist. oh my goodness... kids are so cute!!!
